How to Delete Your Data

You can request the deletion of your personal data from OZ Tattoos at any time. We offer the following methods:

After removing access, send us an email at contact@oz-tattoos.com to confirm full deletion of your stored data.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
• Booking history and appointment records
• Uploaded reference images
• AI-generated designs, saved designs, and favorites
• Aftercare tracking data
• Communication preferences

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction and payment records (as required by tax and financial regulations)
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Any retained data will be kept only as long as legally required and then permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
